The Role

As part of our kitchen team, you will be involved in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes while helping maintain excellent kitchen standards and service. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well under pressure, and is eager to develop and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes consistently
• Working closely as part of a busy kitchen team
• Assisting with menu development and contributing new dish ideas
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organisation at all times
• Managing prep and service efficiently during busy periods
• Assisting with stock rotation, storage, and waste control
• Following company procedures and health & safety regulations
