My client in the manufacturing industry, located in Fermoy, Co. Cork is looking for a HR People Partner to join their team.
Permanent job. Fully onsite Mon-Fri
Must have own transport & Full Irish Driving License & passport
HR Generalist duties – recruitment, Employee Relations & absence management
Training, coaching & influencing management & teams
Group HR projects
Your new job
Coach & influence managers on effective people management practices.
Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
Support employee wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes.
Contribute to Group HR projects, policy updates and process improvements.
What are we looking for?
3-4 years as HR Generalist/People Partner experience essential.
Coaching, guidance & mentorship experience essential.
Strong working knowledge or Irish Employment legislation – A MUST
Experience in management collaboration, mentoring & coaching.
Knowledge of Employee Relations.
Experience using HR systems.
Strong communication & people skills
Willingness to travel
