Your New Job:
In this position, you’ll be the primary ICT point of contact for end-user support, technical troubleshooting, and field operations, including travel across multiple locations. The role involves a blend of desk-side assistance, remote troubleshooting, and hands-on hardware and software support. You’ll maintain accurate records, assist with improvement projects, and help standardise processes as part of a supportive team.
