The Opportunity
At Target Integration, we help businesses transform the way they operate through ERP, CRM, and business management solutions. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager who can build strong relationships, support client success, and identify opportunities to help customers get even more value from their systems.
This is not a cold-calling, high-volume sales role. Instead, you'll work with an existing portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact throughout their journey with us.
You'll help customers maximise the value of their ERP investment, support ongoing business needs, identify opportunities for additional services and solutions, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Whether you come from an ERP consulting, implementation, business systems, customer success, or account management background, this role offers an excellent opportunity to combine relationship management, commercial awareness, and business technology expertise.
