Main duties of a retail Sales Assistant typically include, but not limited: Assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering assistance with purchases. Operating the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and handling payments. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays. Adhering to store policies and procedures, including following safety protocols and maintaining a tidy and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Serve trade and retail customers at the counter and over the phone. Stock Management: Check in, unpack, and merchandise incoming automotive parts. Store Services: Mix automotive paints and manufacture car number plates (training provided). General Duties: Maintain a clean, organized shop floor and storage area. Requirements Previous experience in a motor factor, auto parts, or retail/warehouse setting would be beneficial but not required.
