Project/Property Manager required to manage construction projects and a sizeable property portfolio in the Midlands and Dublin for Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of interesting and challenging projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects and be a self starter with a proven track record in meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
Managing all phases of construction projects to agreed delivery dates and to budget.
Managing relationships with contractors, tenants and other parties.
Planning and arranging property maintenance.
Preparation and presentation of project budgets and schedules.
Providing reports on projects and progress.
Cost control and tracking of project expenditure.
Salary commensurate with experience.
