Job Title: Assistant Process Technician Key Responsibilities General duties: Manage the feed of material at the start of the line so that there is a consistent flow of material to the shredder. Escalate any concerns as to the quality of the raw material to Senior Process Technician. Complete periodic quality tests on all materials to include but not limited to colour, IV and fluorescence. Manage the input of raw material so that the daily blend targets set for that production run are achieved. Implement changes to the blend as instructed. Ensure handling of materials is done so in a safe manner to reduce accidents / spills / waste. Ensure ERP systems are kept up to date by using the correct scanner function / labelling processes throughout production. Ensure storage of raw material is done in line with ERP locations.
