Due to continued demand, they now need an experienced Employee and Industrial Relations Specialist to lead investigations and manage complex workplace issues on a part-time basis. You will work directly with client organisations across multiple sectors. You will provide clear guidance, run fair investigations and help employers reach robust and defensible outcomes.
