Job Title: Senior Process Technician Key Responsibilities: Prioritise and optimise production to maintain target specifications (run rate, downtime, quality – off-spec/haze, blends, etc.) Ensure Operations Supervisor and Quality Department are fully informed as to the performance of the line through periodic and comprehensive data capture (end of shift report). Carry out quality testing in the laboratory of the materials being produced on their shift and on raw materials when required. Optimise raw material usage (blends and blend targets). Ensure production blends are adhered to, and any deviation is reported/communicated at daily operations meeting & end of shift report. Advise production on the usage of IV enhancer and toner on each production run. Highlight and report on usage of enhancer/toner on a daily basis.
