Job Description
WE ARE SEEKING TO RECRUIT A SALES / STORES PERSON FOR A FULL TIME POSITION.
The successful applicant must be customer-orientated, have good rapport with customers and co-workers, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work on their own initiative. You should be punctual and present an excellent image.
The successful applicant should have previous experience of the following:
- CUSTOMER COUNTER, PHONE SALES AND QUERIES
- GOOD PHONE ETIQUETTE
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- COMPUTER LITERATE - MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, WORD AND EXCEL
- STOCK INPUT AND OUTPUT CONTROL
- PACKAGING AND PALLETIZING OF GOODS
- UNDERSTANDING OF GARDEN MACHINERY – ESSENTIAL
- MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF WAREHOUSE AREAS
- MANUAL HANDLING TRAINING
- FORKLIFT TRAINING - NOT ESSENTIAL
Additional training will be given if necessary.
A full clean driving licence is an essential requirement.
