Part-time Community Service Programme Manager (operations)

Hours of work: 19hrs per week - afternoons flexibility will be required for the role. ( fixed term contract)

Salary: Available upon request

Main duties: Responsibility for delivery of Cleaning Services and Ironing Services including.

• Day to day operation of cleaning and ironing services with hands on approach
• Management of staff rostering for these services.
• Client meetings and onsite audits.
• Ensure adherence to all MHS Policies and Procedures

Person Specification.

The successful candidate should have the following:

• Experience leading/supervising a team   
• Experience in the areas of commercial cleaning and or ironing/laundry service.
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Strong Customer Service focus
