Production Supervisor - 4-Cycle

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, quality, and efficiency across a shift in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a full-time position operating on a four-cycle shift pattern, which includes day and night shifts as well as every second weekend.

The Role
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of production activities, ensuring that output, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.

You will lead and support your team to deliver high standards of performance while maintaining full compliance with quality, regulatory, and H&S requirements

Working closely with the Quality team and other departments, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective implementation of processes and continuous improvement across the production area.

Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to lead and supervise a production team in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production operations and performance management
• Good working knowledge of quality systems and health & safety regulations
• Experience working with IQMS or similar systems
• Practical knowledge of mould changes and machine start-ups
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
