The company are seeking Manufacturing Specialists to work on a 4 cycle shift pattern. The Manufacturing Specialist is a member of the production team who is responsible for supporting daily operations of production, monitoring product and processes in compliance with standard operating procedures to ensure all customer and standard requirements are met. Successful candidates will have good literacy and numeracy skills, and communication skills.  They will be excellent at following instructions, will be conscientious, self motivated and detail oriented. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the organisation of work in the manufacturing department on shift.  They are responsible for the day-to-day production activities of the production area and also for co-operating with Quality on all aspects of the implementation of quality policies, procedures and activities related to this standard.  They must ensure that properly trained human resources and adequate equipment are available to comply with the Quality system, in order to meet all customer and regulatory requirements.
