Gigginstown House Project/Property Manager

Project/Property Manager required to manage construction projects and a sizeable property portfolio in the Midlands and Dublin for Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of interesting and challenging projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects and be a self starter with a proven track record in meeting deadlines.  

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all phases of construction projects to agreed delivery dates and to budget.
• Managing relationships with contractors, tenants and other parties.
• Planning and arranging property maintenance.
• Preparation and presentation of project budgets and schedules.
• Providing reports on projects and progress.
• Cost control and tracking of project expenditure.

Salary commensurate with experience.
