Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support to end-users and assist in resolving their IT issues effectively. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices. Provide second-level support by phone, email, and remote desktop. Deliver deskside support to users on various company sites.
