They are currently recruiting for a Site Civil Engineer for a major wastewater treatment construction project in Tipperary.  Ideally you will come from a Civil Engineering background with at least 4-5yrs experience in a similar role. Duties on this 4yr project will include Manage submittals through the approvals process, track procurement and delivery of equipment and complete the receipt verification process once equipment is delivered. Liaise with the design team & supply chain to ensure systems are compliant with specifications and drawings. Timeline planning of all civil & MEICA installations from awarding of contract to completion and handover of all documentation. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of interesting and challenging projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects and be a self starter with a proven track record in meeting deadlines.   Responsibilities include: Managing all phases of construction projects to agreed delivery dates and to budget. Managing relationships with contractors, tenants and other parties. Planning and arranging property maintenance. Preparation and presentation of project budgets and schedules.
