Job Description

Busy Solicitor's Practise requires a Legal Secretary for immediate start.

Responsibilities include:

 - Managing telephone and email enquiries;

- Fast and accurate audio dictaphone typing, with the ability to work under pressure and turn documentation around in short time;

- Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates;

- File management, including scanning and photocopying;

- Preparing briefs and booklets for court;

- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
